The toilet cistern in my guest toilet needs replacing as it is outdated. I will need you to go collect cistern at Bunnings (if you have your own brand/product recommendation happy to use that after discussing price) and replace it. In Newstead 7250.

We had had to turn the tap off completely so the toilet cannot be used. Even with it slightly turned on (to try and fill the cistern) it leaks and water goes over the floor and drips into a room below. Its not a big job but needs to be fixed.
