I have an instant hot water system. It's giving me cold shower after 4-5 minutes. However, when I open a sink hotwater tap, it is hot all the time. That means internal water system needed to be fixed. So far I got 3 plumbers and all recommended replace the heater machine. How wrong they are ,just wanted to suck the money. Adjust a tempering valve on hot water system

Out hot water unit system doesn’t have power even that the switch is on and we need to figure it out why and fixed it.

Apartment is 1 floor above ground floor in Wollstonecraft (near the train station). Assess and rectify problem there if possible. If new parts are needed this can be added to quote. If there is a larger problem and further work needed, this can be negotiated as a separate task. Preference for the task to be completed tomorrow (Saturday 6 February) from midday to the afternoon.
