Have to turn hot water tap all the way off to stop dripping and cold water has started dripping

The inlet pipe to my hot water system is leaking (see photo). Water is pooling on the ground near the valve and copper inlet pipe. It may need repair or replacement of a faulty valve or fitting. Requesting this to be fixed at the earliest.
