Existing hot water to be replaceed, curent model E250S48, it is a 250 Lts AquaMax electric storage hot water inside Laundry. easy access to the area. nothing blocking for replacement and dispose old one.

Currently, HWS circuit is mixed with power and not on its own circuit. Looking to get it on a dedicated line. It is 4.8kw Also, looking to get installed a Timer (Shelly Pro 1PM) and Contactor (Hager 25 Amp (AC1) 2 Pole Contactor With 230 Volt AC Coil & 2 x N/O Auxilary Contact). I can provide both of these. The switchboard only has 2 breaker spots left and so would need an additional one (a 4 pole would suffice) installed on the meter box.

I want to install natural gas hot water system outside

We were able to replace the cold water tap on the bathroom basin without any issues or leaks. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same luck with the hot water tap. The cover and spindle is stuck and when we tried to loosen it, the hot water pipe underneath started leaking. We already have the replacement tap set - we just need a plumber to remove the stuck hot water tap and fix the leak. If weekday labour rates are cheaper, we’d be happy to book it then. We’re flexible with timing so anytime works for us. Please let us know your quote and availability for a home visit.

Fix one leaking tap in the kitchen one loose tap in the laundry and the washing machine hot water is not on.
