1. There is a leak around one of the taps. It’s most noticeable when the tap is turned on, and the water appears to be coming from around the base of the tap rather than the spout. 2. The toilet has a continuous leak into the commode. I suspect there may be an issue with the cistern. 3. The wall-mounted towel holder in the toilet has come off the wall and needs to be reattached/remounted.
Very happy with the service. Reliable, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job from start to finish. Left everything neat and working perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
