No elevated moisture or evidence of leakage was observed around the shower waste connection. The relatively small and patchy area of moisture suggests that the waterprooíng deterioration may be in its early stages. Recommendations Further investigation of the shower waterprooíng system is recommended to conírm the extent and source of moisture penetration.
