I need a repair done to a section of my internal wall in West Hoxton. An air conditioning leak (now fixed) has caused water damage to the plasterboard and some of the timber wood studs inside the wall have rotted. ​The job involves: ​Cutting out the damaged plasterboard section. ​Inspecting and replacing/reinforcing the rotted timber studs (Carpentry required). ​Installing new moisture-resistant gyprock (Aquachek preferred). ​Plastering, taping, and sanding the joints to a paint-ready finish. ​Note: I will handle the final painting myself, but I need the wall smooth and ready for undercoat. Please let me know if your quote includes materials (timber/gyprock/compound).

I need: - A square cut-out made in both wardrobes so the holes line up - A simple tunnel/lining between the two drywall openings (e.g. timber or MDF box) - Opening only needs to be cat-sized (approx. 20–25cm square — happy to discuss exact size).
