Hi, I’ve accidentally damaged the wall moving a chair, I need to get to is fixed and am hoping it’s a small job, maybe $80 - flexibility in when you do it.

I need two small jobs done in lath and plaster walls: 1) find studs to correctly fix small heater to the wall 2) find studs to correctly fix a floor length mirror onto the wall to prevent toppling over (house has small children - safety issue). Gear is essential and also some brackets / fixings / hooks / toggle anchors etc. that can adequately keep the mirror from being pulled down / falling over. The request is not to ‘hang’ the mirror but somehow attach the top of the mirror to the wall (with bottom still on the floor) so kids can’t pull it towards them.
