Water damaged plaster in the laundry and need to be repaired. It is about 1 meter long. Also, there are two holes on the wall of 15cm and 8cm diameter to be repaired. Photos are attached. - Due date: Flexible

Task including two area in living room: @There was originally a box aircon on the living room wall, after i removed the box aircon and brick back / plaster back, the plaster patch still need to be sanded and repainted to match the wall. The patch size is approx. 800mm x 500mm (1st photo) @Also there is a water leak stain on the ceiling corner:cornice atea (2nd photo), approx. 150 mm diameter size. Leakage from flue above has been sealed/solved, But the stain there need to be painted back to be consistent with wall color as well. Pic below, a hole 40cm by 50cm originally cut by plumber on internal wall, now plaster has been reinstated and base coated has been done like it is in the pic now. Just need sand and repaint to match the background wall.

Double garage plaster ceiling installed recently, need to be painted

Need someone to finish off the wall cavity. Had someone do half the job and didn’t turn up to finish. Complete framing and plastering. Framing is about 90 percent complete. I have plaster and will cover other material cost once complete.

6m in total either side of a wall. I already have the cornice peices. Hoping to get the job done sooner rather than later. Needs to be done 100%.
