We’ve had two internal walls removed. Sections of wall and ceiling exposed by removing the walls needs to be re-plastered. Following the plastering - new cove cornice needs to be installed around entire living/dining space. There are also a number of other smaller patching jobs where old power outlets, fans and lights have been removed. Photos attached.

There was evidence of rotting on the existing plasterboard. Removed to investigate and have found slight rotting on the wooden framing. The wood itself appears still good. Task: - sand back the rotted wood on framing - affix water hose connection back to wood frame - supply and install plasterboard in removed sections ready for painting Toilet will be in place unfortunately. Remove and replace plaster on upstairs bedroom ceiling approx 650 by 1300 repair a bit awkward as you need to stretch a little over stairs.. - Due date: Flexible

Garage roof needs plastering along with 1 wall. Garage dimensions are 5.5m x 5.9m. No need to paint. Garage has been emptied. Timing flexible but prior to 30 November preferred.

We had some water damage to the ceiling which caused water to leak through and damage to plaster. It has cracked around 1 m wide so we need all of this replaced with plaster, sanded down and ready for paint. It looks like one third of the ceiling needs to be replaced which equals around 4 x 2 m.
