We’ve had two internal walls removed. Sections of wall and ceiling exposed by removing the walls needs to be re-plastered. Following the plastering - new cove cornice needs to be installed around entire living/dining space. There are also a number of other smaller patching jobs where old power outlets, fans and lights have been removed. Photos attached.

There was evidence of rotting on the existing plasterboard. Removed to investigate and have found slight rotting on the wooden framing. The wood itself appears still good. Task: - sand back the rotted wood on framing - affix water hose connection back to wood frame - supply and install plasterboard in removed sections ready for painting Toilet will be in place unfortunately.
