We’re looking for a handyman to remove and replace a section of ceiling drywall/plasterboard in our garabge that has been affected by moisture/mould. Scope of work includes: - Cutting out and removing all existing drywall/plasterboard that has visible mould. Up to 1m x 2.5m worth of plasterboard may need to be removed and replaced. - Installing a new sheet of drywall/plasterboard (we will supply this) - Sealing/jointing the new drywall - Painting the repaired section to match the rest of the ceiling (paint supplied) Materials & tools: We will supply the new drywall/plasterboard and ceiling paint We can also potentially supply tools such as multi-tool for cutting drywall, ladder and sealing material.

Install cornices in 3 small rooms. Each room is about 2.4m x 2.3m. Labour only. I already bought the cornices (Gyprock Cove 55mm) and pre-mix cornice cement. I can also help hold up the cornice if 2 people needed.

We broke the ceiling to fix the hotwater system, now we need to fix the hole, replace the drywall.

Currently the room entrance is 125cm wide by 212cm high without door. I want to install a door with standard frame of around 90cm x 210cm. Therefore, the drywall needs to be extended around 30cm on one side.

I have found a water leak coming from behind plaster wall/ceiling panel but can’t tell for certain what is causing it. I need your help to investigate and confirm the source of the leak - is it due to damaged plumbing behind the wall, or rainwater leaking in through the roof/wall cavity, or some other causes? Happy for you to cut a hole in plaster wall and inspect with a snake camera. NOT ASKING FOR REPAIR/REMEDIATION WORK!
