A section of plasterboard ceiling in our outdoor area has dropped. Dimensions are 4630mm by 1200mm. We will also require the cornice to be replaced. It is 90mm cornice.

One bedroom ceiling to be patched, repaired and made ready for painting. Room had no undercoat, all paint has been scraped off except for a repair patch. Some furniture had been glued to wall meaning damage when we removed it. There's about 4m of 10cm wide damage that needs to be repaired as per the photos. The photos are about 80% of the job. Remaining area is in my sons sleeping area so I didn't take photos... No painting required.
