Hello, We are looking for a skilled handyman, plasterer, or painter to repair a small hole in the ceiling at our retail store, in Midland Gate Shopping Centre. The Issue: A small hole has appeared in our ceiling near the pre-test room. This was previously associated with a water leak during rain. We believe the source of the leak has been addressed by Centre Management; however, we now need the physical hole in the ceiling repaired professionally to prevent any further issues and remove the hazard. Ceiling height: Approximately 4 meters The Job: The task is to patch the hole and repaint the area so it blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling (approx. 4 meters). 2. Preparing the area around the hole, patching it with a suitable filler, and sanding it perfectly smooth and flush. 3. Applying a spot-prime to the repaired area. 4. Painting the patch to match the rest of the ceiling. Paint Specification: We have the exact paint details for a perfect match: - Brand: Dulux - Colour: Berkshire White 73712 - Finish: Satin Requirements: - MUST have experience with high-quality plasterboard repair and interior painting. - You MUST bring your own tall A-frame ladder or appropriate platform to safely work at a height of approximately 4 meters. - You must supply all necessary tools and materials, including plaster filler, sandpaper, and a small quantity of the specified Dulux paint. - Must work cleanly and professionally within a live retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required. Please provide a comprehensive quote for the complete job. Your offer should include all labour costs AND the cost of supplying all necessary materials, including the specified paint. Thank you.
