Roof was cleaned, repointed and painted 18months ago. It looks great on outside but it is still leaking any time we get heavy rain and damaging the ceiling inside when it leaks. We were advised it was likely due to the tile clips directly above the leaks on ceiling. We removed some of these ourselves but still leaking. Quote to include all Joining, sanding and finishing and removal of all rubble. No chancers, experienced plasterers only. Due to renovations we’ve taken an external door away and am now needing to finish the interior wall. Also have had to cut away all tiles and now needing to re gyprock those sections. Had intentions on doing it ourselves though due to some unplanned issues time got away from us. Painter coming Monday so ideally by then or early week. Pictures of the wall as it was before (we’ve removed the kitchen) though might be best to inspect and discuss. I am after a plasterer to repair holes and set and sand all of these walls in my bathroom so they are ready to be painted/tiled. There is a small section of cornice that needs replacing (refer to pics). Holes at the bottom of the wall (where tiles were removed) don't need to be repaired as these will be covered by new tiles, its just the 4 powerpoint cuts that need patching and this wall requires sanding from previous patching. I have some cement sheet cutoffs left for the holes but everything else will need to be supplied. - Due date: Flexible

Need a plaster finisher to do sanding only of all the newly plastered joints in my downstairs area. Consists of bathroom ceiling, 3 other rooms walls and ceilings and a large passageway, walls and ceilings. Not all ceilings need to be sanded, maybe 30%. Some minor blemish touch ups to be done. I need this to be done urgently.

Hi, looking to extend the fridge wall space, either cut away the current small wall and extend and build a new wall for around the fridge, or cut and move the existing wall and fill in the gap. Not sure the best way to do it. Looking for quotes. Current space is only approx 77cm wide, need the space to be at least 110cm or so. Need to move the wall approx 35-37cm to the left. Don’t believe it’s a load bearing wall, however not 100%.
