I'd like to create some walls to close off a new bedroom. The walls need to be plastered and the room will need new flooring. Size of flooring is approx 5x5 meters. Frame and walls is approx 12m2 in total.

Patch a few small holes in the wall. Only need them filled and plastered we will do the sanding .

Scope of works - supply and install all internal wall and ceiling linings (house and garage) - supply and install deck ceiling lining Specifics - p50 Shadowline for all wall to ceiling joins (instead of cornice) - villaboard to bathroom and powder - aquachek to deck ceiling (finished smooth like internal but with water resistant setting material) - Due date: Before Friday, 27 January 2023

Remove old timber panels and install plasterboard and finish the wall. Also bearing in mind the power point and fan switch are installed over the current panels. There are 2 walls. One is a plain wall approx 2740 w x 2400 tall and the other has a door and cupboard on it (see pictures) Keen to get this done asap

Repair door knob hole in plaster and paint (we have the paint).

Initially some small areas of plaster need repairing where hooks, power points have been removed, and dodgy original plaster job where one join on a bathroom wall needs smoothing. May be further work in future.

Kitchen and laundry renovation in timber framed home needs the plasterboard replaced/repaired and prepared for painting. Laundry approx 1.2m x 1.5m Kitchen approx 9m x 0.6m See photos for a better idea of what needs doing. New updated photos have been added after plumber and electrician and part of the wall removed. This is now ready to go - if you are still interested adjust your to accommodate changes and give me a date to do it.

To plaster 4 hair line cracks in ceiling approximately 5mtrs long each

The edge that meets the ceiling has dropped at one point.
