A number of patch-up jobs to get my apartment ready for leasing, including: - Some patching/plastering/painting of walls, mainly on the wall where a large TV was wall-mounted, as well as a few nail/screw holes and scrapes. Removal and patching of a few nailed picture hooks. (We have around 1L of the correct coloured paint which can be used for the job) - Installing a brace/board for the dryer machine in the laundry. - Remove and dispose of a large timber decorative structure on the balcony (fixed to the wall). Attached photos show the wall where the TV was wall-mounted, some other minor damage to walls, and the balcony wooden structure. As for the laundry brace, this is to build a brace or board to hold up a drying machine in the European laundry of the apartment.

Need to get a hole in the wall left by moving my intercom phone plastered and painted

So we have a few tasks requiring completion. 1. Bedroom ceiling. See photos. A large amount of the ceiling was removed for water damage. We need someone to replace the ceiling (and ideally paint to match remaining cornice and ceiling) 2. Kitchen. Bad DIY fix using gyprock. Need someone to plaster over existing gyprock and make neat. 3. Exterior of house - eave and above sliding door. See pix. Awful DIY fix requiring assistance. An overall budget of $1800 is suggested. Highly negotiable. Seeking as much work as practical within that budget.

Looking to install James Hardie Villaboard on walls and tile underlay onto timber subfloor in laundry. The floor is 4.5m2 and the walls are 5m2 in total. Stop up gaps between the boards, and install cornices. (Room is 3m x 1.5m). Room is already demolished down to the studs. I will provide the Villaboard and tile underlay sheets. You will need to create holes in the Villaboard for a cold/hot water outlet for a sink, a cold/hot water tap for laundry, 2x electrical PowerPoints and 1x lighting switch

Install one coat rack in brick and one shelf in plaster. Proper screws and drill needed.

Hi, I have 4 x evaporative cooling vents on ceiling (never worked) which need to be removed and plastered over. Vents are approximately 30cm x 30cm. I have a tiled roof. Looking for a quote to get this work done ASAP.

Unfortunately there is water damage in my ceiling and it needs to be fixed prior to strata fixing the defect in the roof. There are two main areas, approx 30-40cm squared that requires replacing, however there may be more damage that is less obvious. The current damaged ceiling will need to be removed and replaced. Painting is not necessary but would be ideal if you were able to.

Need to plaster two sides of a new piece of Vilaboard I recently hung under my carport. I had hoped to not need to plaster but having already put a coat of paint on am not happy with the finish. Need a plasterer to help with that.

I have a 9sqm wall that needs plaster board hung on it. After it’s hung, will also need plastering and cornice installed. I’ve got the sheets, adhesive and nails. If the wall studs are not straight, that will need fixing to. Service provider to BYO plaster materials as I don’t have these I know the horizontal beams are supposed to be closer together. - Due date: Before Friday, 22 December 2023

Needing a hole in the wall caused by moving furniture to be plastered. Would prefer weekends or after 5pm weekdays. I have a small 100ml pot of the Lexicon Quarter colour. Looking to also paint a powder room. Have 2L of low sheen Dulux Sky Blue Half paint, all purpose roller, a canvas drop cloth and painters tape, and acetone.
