Paint both sides of one wall. Needs to be done 3:30pm onwards on Tue 3 Feb

Gyprock/plaster new wall. Builder has advised this will need to be done in two lots - initial plaster and final plaster + cornice supply and installation for both sides of the wall.

We’ve had the skylight removed and would like the hole plastered. It’s about 600mm x 400mm and the ceiling is at 6ft so reachable without a ladder.

We are looking for someone to assist with a sagging ceiling and re doing cornices. We could potentially have other carpentry work for the right operator.

Need to replaster small 2cm chip in wall. Will need to provide a bit of plaster and white paint.

I need someone to read the plans for my townhouse, find the valve that shuts off the water supply to the townhouse, cutting a hole in the plaster board that is likely covering the valve, and installing a cover over the hole. Some background to my request…. I purchased the townhouse off the plan about 5 years ago. It shares a water supply with about 50 other units, meaning I am unable to use the mains water supply valve to shut off the water without the other units losing water. The unit should have its own valve, however I have never been able to find it. I suspect it is behind the wall in the garage, and whoever installed the wall forgot to cut a hole in the wall to access the valve. My neighbour has a cover over a valve in their garage. I have purchased the plans from the ACT government but I wasn’t able to work them out myself.

The railing is about 160cm wide and there are 8 holes to attach the railing on a concrete wall which has a 2cm thick gyprock in front of it

Need hole filled in on ceiling

Cut out damaged ceiling plasterboard and replace with new plasterboard. Paint to match existing ceiling colour as close as possible.

Gyprock is all done just need plaster and sand, so it is ready to paint. It’s a small area around a cupboard/ small bathroom. Open to quotes

I have an uneven area on my bathroom ceiling where I scraped back the paint and repainted it. I need someone to come and make it completely even. Painting is not required - just the plasterwork. It is a small area approximately 50cm by 50cm.
