I’m installing a new bathroom exhaust fan myself and need someone experienced with plasterboard to adjust the existing ceiling opening. The current cavity/opening is approximately 3 inches larger in diameter than the required opening for the new fan. I need the existing opening reduced and the plasterboard finished neatly so that I can install the new fan afterward. Scope of work: Reduce/modify the existing ceiling opening to suit the smaller fan Add any necessary plasterboard support/backing Patch and finish the plasterboard neatly around the new opening Leave the area ready for me to install the fan Please note: Fan installation, electrical work and ducting are not required. I only need the plasterboard/cavity adjustment and finishing work.

Need to replace the Gyprock on the ceiling.

We need just straight plastering of under the stairs. They did the flat part of the roof but not the angled part under down the stairs or under the landing half way up. The images can provide more context.

I have an old gas wall heater that I would like removed and disposed of. Once the heater is removed, there will be a large opening left in the wall that will need to be repaired/plastered so the wall is ready for painting (painting not required). Looking for someone with the appropriate experience to complete the job and leave the area neat and tidy.

Curtain rod has come unattached from wall, plaster around it is damaged. I don’t think it should be a very hard job. Would like you to pain match.

Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.

I am looking for someone to help repair a small plaster chip on a wall corner, which is roughly the size of a 20-cent piece. As the metal corner bead is slightly exposed, the repair will require appropriate filling and sanding to ensure a smooth, durable finish that sits flush with the wall. Please let me know your availability to take this on, and clarify if you will be bringing your own materials and tools or if there is anything specific you need me to provide. I would also appreciate it if you could confirm your experience with patching and whether you are able to assist with matching the paint finish to the existing wall. Colour matching does not need to be perfect.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.
