I have two properties on the same street which require patching. One property has two walls with large screw holes that need patching and the other property has a crack in a ceiling (pictures attached).

As the metal corner bead is slightly exposed, the repair will require appropriate filling and sanding to ensure a smooth, durable finish that sits flush with the wall. minor ceiling repair where water has previously damaged gyprock. Area is approx 0.5 x 0.5 mtr

I had a shelf mounted on a plasterboard wall, however the mounting brackets have come loose and started pulling at the plasterboard. I need help in to repair the damaged plasterboard and reattach the shelf to the wall securely. I have the matching paint for the wall.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.
