I need a non-structural, non-load-bearing internal partition wall built to divide a long rectangular room into two spaces (a small office and a kids' playroom). Wall Size: Approximately 3m x 4m. Tasks Required: Frame the wall, hang plasterboard/Gyprock, flush and sand the joints, install a standard internal door (including frame, handle, and latches), and paint the new wall white to match the existing room. Finishes: Install matching skirting boards and ceiling cornices so they blend in seamlessly. When making an offer, please clarify: 1. Does your quote include all labour and materials (timber, plasterboard, door, hardware, paint, skirting/cornice)? 2. Are there any specific materials you expect me to purchase myself (e.g. I already have the door handle)? 3. What is your estimated timeline to complete the work? 4. We are moving out of our lease in Lyneham, ACT. As part of vacating we need to repair some plaster damage in the bedrooms (kids sticking things to walls and removing the paint) as well as a hole in the plasterboard on the stairwell that I caused during moving furniture. I've attached photos.

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and finish ceiling and wall areas following the removal of an internal wall and archway between my kitchen/dining and living room. Scope of works: * Supply and install plasterboard where required. * Repair ceiling opening where wall and bulkhead have been removed. * Tape, set and flush all joins. * Repair wall ends and damaged plasterboard. * Sand and leave ready for painting. * Match existing ceiling finish as closely as possible.

I have an old gas wall heater that I would like removed and disposed of. Once the heater is removed, there will be a large opening left in the wall that will need to be repaired/plastered so the wall is ready for painting. Looking for someone with the appropriate experience to complete the job and leave the area neat and tidy.

So removing tiles and that includes tile skirting, will supply all materials and help if you need it, have most tools but much prefer an actual plasterer. Think replacing the sections would be the easiest but am after this asap. Only not available fri night.

The ceiling in the garage has started to sag. I need this repaired soon as it's affecting putting up the garage door.

I am looking for someone to help repair a small plaster chip on a wall corner, which is roughly the size of a 20-cent piece. As the metal corner bead is slightly exposed, the repair will require appropriate filling and sanding to ensure a smooth, durable finish that sits flush with the wall. Please let me know your availability to take this on, and clarify if you will be bringing your own materials and tools or if there is anything specific you need me to provide. I would also appreciate it if you could confirm your experience with patching and whether you are able to assist with matching the paint finish to the existing wall. Colour matching does not need to be perfect.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

It will need a proper patch so the wall is solid and finished neatly.
