I need someone who is really hands-on with professional photography for properties, the ones you see on realestate.com, and I need the same for my Airbnb properties. I need someone who is not only good at taking photos but also editing them later to give it a beautiful look. For instance the room pictures and the sky outside could look a lot better if it is given some sort of colors to it, etc

I am considering hiring a real estate photographer to take photos of my house. The finished product will be a set of 15-20 or so high-quality photographs to be used to advertise the house for lease. The photos should enhance the features of the house, making rooms look large, bright and natural. The house is a standard brick single-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. To be upfront, if prices quoted for this job are beyond my budget, I will DIY the photos with my DSLR as I have some photography experience myself- this job only makes sense for me to proceed with if the price is reasonable as it will save me some time!
