I have a couple of broken bluestone tiles on my driveway border that need replacing. I have spare tiles to be laid

We’d like to pave a section of our backyard that’s currently grassed (approx. 4000 x 4000mm, possibly smaller). There are a few in-ground utilities marked in red circles in the photos, so we’ll need some guidance on how best to work around these. There are also a few random existing concrete pavers that may need to be removed or integrated, depending on what’s most cost-effective — we’re flexible and budget conscious, but would like a neat, professional result. I’ve attached some visualisations to show the look and layout we’re hoping for (understanding it won’t be identical). We’re looking for an experienced contractor who can provide suggestions, supply materials, and carry out the paving to a good standard.

The front row of pavers on my front steps keeps splitting from the rest of the pavers (see photos), presumably due to that section of pavers not being laid on a proper concrete base (or perhaps from the base of that section splitting from the rest). I would like to redo the front section of pavers (i.e. two and a bit rows of 3) by removing them, putting in a proper, suitable concrete base that will not shift, and then re-laying the pavers again. I have two replacement (bull-nosed) pavers that can be used, in case the current ones can't be re-used. It is important to me that the base is done properly. I have already tried having someone just repoint the pavers on the existing base and that only lasted a few months before the front row once again split from the rest of the steps. The attached images show the situation. Site visit to inspect is welcomed (and encouraged). Open to advice on amendments to scope/approach to ensure that the result will be well-constructed and stable. I am looking for taskers with expertise, experience, and track record in concreting and paving. Thank you

To lay roughly 15 to 18 square meters of pavers and take away old pavers. I will supply new paver just not the crushed rock and all the other things needed to lay them.

Remove old/broken grout between old external pavers and supply/install new grout. Approx 20 sqm

Reinstate outdoor pavers down side of house. Length approx 20m. Pavers currently stacked on site. Pathway need to be leveled and pavers installed leveled followed by hornched with mortar to fix pavers in place. Replacement of stone is not needed. Follow the same pattern and match in with existing pavers. Pictures 1 and 2 is current situation and picture 3 is prior to pavers being removed. - Due date: Flexible

I need to remove these 6 pavers and clear and level the garden bed ready for laying turf. Area is as show in this pic 4m x 5m only. The pavers are on individual concrete bases which need to be removed also. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 20 October 2023

Existing parking area is brick based but new location at side need only be consolidated/compacted metal road base. Area is approx 9 m2 to allow storage of 6x4 trailer.
