I'm looking for a paver to work on my front garden. I recently moved in and it's currently dirt based. I am in a body corporate so I need to comply with their requirements. 'Confirmation that all proposed works are to be undertaken by a certified tradesperson whom will be sufficiently insured and comply at all times with workplace health and safety regulations. I am happy for you to supply materials, but I can take that on if needed. I have provided an AI image. This is the style of paving tile we would like, but we would be open to seeing options. We would aim to add a couple of big heavy large plant pots, so please keep the weight requirement in mind. We would like an idea of an additional cost to replace the porch tiles, but we are likely price sensitive on that. Related to that, the paving doesn't have to meet the height of the porch, this is just AI. Replacement mailboxes considered based on extra cost. Ones large enough for parcels encouraged. There is no requirement to pave or change the driveway, that's just how the AI comes out. There are no tree stumps - these are now removed. I have a paved area in my back garden of just over 3x3m2 that had a green house on it. I want to use it now as a shed base and I've removed the big green poles, but I'll need the pavers raised and leveled so water won't get in. I'm happy to pull up the pavers so the base can be accessed straight away if this helps?

I’m looking for an experienced landscaper or paver to install an outdoor paved area measuring approximately 3.7 m × 2.1 m (7.8 m²). The pavers will be Tuscan Path 600 × 400 × 20 mm Sand Porcelain Pavers. I can order and supply the pavers. The area currently meets grass along the outer edges, so the job will require: - Preparing and levelling the area (current grass and pebbles) - do have space in gardens for some waste to be placed. - Supplying and installing the appropriate compacted base and bedding materials - Laying and cutting the porcelain pavers as required - Installing a treated timber frame or edging around the outside perimeter - Ensuring the finished area is level, stable and drains appropriately - Leaving the area clean and tidy Location: Brighton QLD Timing during the week is flexible, ideally have job completed prior to Sat 8th August. Looking for someone experienced with crazy paving or stone tiling. Scope: Grout approximately 5–7 m² of already-laid slate crazy paving. Glue approximately 10.5 m² of remaining crazy paving section (slate supplied and will be mostly laid out). Grout the new section once adhesive has cured (white sand, ivory cement and Bondcrete supplied for grout mix). Most stone has already been broken and sorted; minor trimming and some breaking may be required. All materials supplied (adhesive, grout materials, stone, etc.). Must have previous tiling or crazy paving experience and be able to provide photos of similar work. Would be preferred to have grouting of already laid section done on Friday, 10th July if possible.
