Hi, We have approx 65M sq of tongue and groove ceiling with oregon beams, that we need the final work done on. We ahve had majority of the paint removed (Acrylic and Polyurethane) and now we need the fine details cleaned. Paint removed from the grooves etc. After wards a light sand to clean wood surface up (it is furred after the last stripping job). We would prefer to avoid adding water to the wood - the paint was stripped and then pressure washed in the previous step. We have 5 steel casement windows in a 1950s house that need to be restored internally. Sanded and paint stripped only. Each window has paint chipping away (due to moisture) and will need to be striped and sanded. We believe it is possible lead paint.
