Process: 3-coat system (1 sealer coat + 2 top coats). Preparation: Minor wall patching and sanding required to ensure a smooth finish. Materials: Painter to supply all paint and equipment. Dust Management: Dustless sanding (with vacuum extractor) is highly preferred to keep the new house clean. Clean-up:Must be reliable and clean up all trade waste after finishing. Schedule: Start Date: Preferred start around March 24th. Completion: Ideally finished by March 27th, but strictly no later than April 2nd. The house will be empty and ready for work.
