Mask benchtops/floors.     2.    Thorough degrease with sugar soap; rinse and dry.     3.    Scrape loose paint; scuff‑sand all painted and melamine surfaces; vacuum and tack.     4.    Repairs: Timber filler to dings; paintable caulk to gaps. Remove any silicone where painting is required and replace with paintable caulk.     5.    Primer: 1–2 coats high‑adhesion, stain‑blocking primer suitable for old enamel and melamine (2 coats on yellow interiors/under‑sink).     6.    Topcoat: Two coats of water‑borne enamel (satin/semi‑gloss). Light de‑nib sand between coats.     7.    Re‑hang doors/hardware; fit bumpers; tidy clean‑up. Deliverables: Smooth, even finish with no bleed‑through, runs, or missed edges; doors aligned and operating correctly. Materials: Please specify the primer and topcoat brand/line you’ll use. Inclusions: All masking, consumables, minor patching/caulking, and clean‑up.

Would like someone to help me send and paint the inside of my garage the plasterboard needs a quick sanding the beams Will require more sanding before painting. I can assist / work with the person to make it quicker and easier. However I do not have experience painting rooves.

We have two interior concrete walls that need resurfacing. On one wall a previous wall was removed and there is a mark on the wall that needs to be cleaned up. On the second concrete wall there was a shelving solution that has been glued and we are also looking to resurface that wall with fresh concrete. In both cases a simple thin skim coat is needed.
