Hello. I am selling my apartment and need the interior of the bath repainted to cover some chips in the enamel. There is sandpaper, epoxy resin paint, brush and face mask provided. Cleaning products also available to finish Task will involve lightly sanding over the chips to ensure the areas are smooth, then painting the entire interior of the bath area with the supplied paint. There is good ventilation. The bath is an original 1960’s built in bath, only about 130cm long. Expect this job to take 2 hours tops I also need one ceiling fan wiped down and dust removed. It is easy to access 10 minutes tops Apartment is close to public transport and there is a council carpark next door

Single wall in bedroom has some mould buildup, likely due to being glued to cinder block wall behind it and cinder block exterior wall not being waterproofed. Need: exterior wall waterproofed + interior bedroom wall gyprock patched/painted. Section of wall (both exterior and interior) is approx 3.3 metre wide x standard height wall.

Need a two-storey terrace freshened up today. White walls and ceilings. 4 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 kitchen. Not expecting magic. Internal only.
