Need refresh painting kitchen/living room passage & stairwell.

I’m looking to get the interior of a two bedroom apartment painted prior to moving in. Walls are currently white, and I want to keep them white so it’s really a refresh as there are wear and tear marks on the walls and a couple of bad patch up where the paint doesn’t match.

Interior wall and exterior door has holes in them and need plastering and painting.

Need skirting boards gap filled and painted in lounge, dining, office, entry. Also need some flaking sanded back and touched up where old skirting removed. VJ board feature x 2 gap filled and painted. Cornice and bulkhead in kitchen plus small wall painted.

Needing someone to fix the timber inside our house. I am assuming it might be able to be patched and then painted/stained to match the timber that’s there. Hoping to get prices and can discuss

Paint an empty 3 bedroom town house…..inside walls all white, with 2 featured walls requiring painting

Four sections required for touch ups, see the photos. One of the four sections is front water damage, will require patching first. Wall colour is quarter strength dulux wheatfield, assuming just a standard ceiling white.

I am needing several walls painted in the interior of my parents house. I am wanting to have this completed for my parents home as a surprise as they’ve been struggling to get it done themselves. I have attached a few photos to give you an idea. The walls are sanded and I will provide the paint and materials if needed.
