Wanting a price to paint internal of house. Maybe a room by room break down 4 bedroom hiuse 2 bathroom

I have a 3bdr, 2 bathroom, plus toilet townhouse that needs a refresh paint. One coat required, except for the kitchen/dining area wall. It has artwork on it and will need at least 2 coats of paint. (Garage is not required) Looking for someone wanting to earn some extra cash, maybe happy to work on a day rate. Townhouse is not big. Anticipating it will take 2-3 days. House is available and furniture free, from Sunday 11/1. Looking for someone honest and reliable.

Some rooms has paint peeling and will need to be sanded back and recoated. House is currently empty. It would be the equivalent of painting a bathroom ceiling, ensuite ceiling, master bedroom ceiling and another room ceiling + walls. Photos of rooms + examples of paint peeling are attached. Looking for qualified painters to paint the walls inside a small 4 bedroom house for an elderly couple. Walls are currently a light creamy/beige. They want them painted white. There won’t be any furniture inside. Please see image to get an idea of the floor plan and rooms. Please provide a quote for: 1. Four sections required for touch ups, see the photos. One of the four sections is front water damage, will require patching first. Wall colour is quarter strength dulux wheatfield, assuming just a standard ceiling white.

I am needing several walls painted in the interior of my parents house. I am wanting to have this completed for my parents home as a surprise as they’ve been struggling to get it done themselves. I have attached a few photos to give you an idea. The walls are sanded and I will provide the paint and materials if needed. If the job is done well enough I will request for further rooms to be painted at another date.
