BUDGET NEGOTIABLE. Interior painting — living, dining, kitchen & entry Looking for an experienced painter for the main living area of our apartment in Ascot. Approx. paintable area breakdown: - Living room: ~45 m² total — ~27 m² walls + ~18 m² ceiling - Dining area: ~21 m² total — ~12 m² walls + ~9 m² ceiling - Kitchen: ~15 m² total — ~8 m² walls + ~7 m² ceiling - Entry/stairwell: ~24 m² total — ~18 m² walls + ~6 m² ceiling Approx. total paintable surface: 105 m² Most ceilings are 2.44 m high. The entry/stairwell has a double-height section, but it is split/open rather than one full-height paintable wall. This excludes balcony, windows, large openings, kitchen cabinetry and tiled/splashback areas. Skirting, cornices and architraves/trim are additional to the above m². Painting required: - Walls - Ceilings - Skirting boards - Architraves / window and door frames - Inside/back of front door Walls and ceilings are different colours. We will supply all paint, move the furniture, wash the walls and complete any hole filling/patching beforehand so everything is dry and ready to paint. Living, dining and kitchen have standard-height ceilings. The entry/stairwell is double-height, with high walls and ceiling around the staircase, as shown in the photo. Painter will need to provide suitable ladder/platform/access equipment for this section. Looking for someone experienced with interior painting who can achieve clean cutting-in and a high-quality finish. Budget: $1,700 labour only. Equipment supplied - All paint - 3 large drop sheets - 4 paint trays - 270mm roller covers - 230mm roller covers - 230mm roller frames - FrogTape - 1 long extension pole - 2 shorter extension poles Painter to bring brushes, preferred tools and access equipment for the stairwell.

Dented my walk in robe flush door while moving furniture and have since filled the hole and plastered it. Now all that needs doing is a fresh coat of paint. I’m happy to supply the paints - will just need to know what to buy as I have no painting experience at all. Door has no panels, designs or decorative elements.

Just moved out and getting house ready to sell. There are some patch up jobs where previous tenants have decided they know better and have tried to place plug sockets in different places. 3 bedrooms. Paint the walls and ceilings of a Queenslander home - 3 beds, kitchen, living, entrance hallway and enclosed balcony.

IGNORE BUDGET, PLEASE PROVIDE QUOTE AND AVAILABILITY BYO tools. I have paint but not enough. New paint must block out existing colours. Ceilings: - Ceilings and cornices dont need doing Trims/frames: - Lounge/dining rooms dont need doing - Already primed small sunroom, kitchen, most of hallway, some bedrooms. Might need another primer coat in some places - Rest of trims already sanded, still need priming/painting. I found 1 or 2 primer coats and 2 top coats are needed to cover grey underneath - Must use 'Dulux Precision Max Adhesion Primer' for these. Have ~3 litres left. Need more. - Have used Haymes Trim Plus white semi-gloss top coat. Have ~4 litres left. Likely need more. Doors: - Inside of front/back doors need priming/painting - 4 bdr doors need priming/painting - 8 other doors just need painting - Same primer/top coat/colour/finish as trims Walls: - One wall complete for reference. Rest of walls need cutting in/painting - Includes walls inside 4 wardrobes - One wardrobe has wallpaper, I purchased 1L zinsser oil based primer for it - Walls may need 1 prime & 2 top coats to block colours - Any primer is fine. Top coat must be "3/4 Strength Dulux Natural White", low sheen. - use Dulux wash & wear kitchen/bathroom in kitchen/bathroom/small sunroom - Use Dulux wash & wear standard everywhere else Bathroom: - Panels/walls need prime/paint. I will advise primer - Panels in shower can be left Misc: - I can remove tape at the end - House cleaned and patched - No furniture in there
