Just had my crappy 80s windows replaced, so need the ceilings, architraves, door trims, stairwell and a few walls painted. Plastering has been done and sanded. Floors will be replaced 1st Sep, so need the painting completed before then. Approx 165 m2 ceilings, 2.3 high.

Empty 3 bedroom townhouse- I would like to carry out similar type of handyman work as shown in the before-and-after photos of the same type of 3-bedroom townhouse. This includes full interior painting and wall patchwork, polishing of kitchen and bathroom tiles, stick-on wall tiling in the bathroom, and installing small shelving in the main bedroom closet to prepare the property for sale with a clean and updated look.

We have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, ensuite, WIR, laundry and a hallway that needs painting. Floor plans (with dimensions, to scale) attached. The rooms are carpeted and furnished, so these will need protecting. Everything needs a paint including the doors, trim and ceiling. We need proper prep work including gaps filled and sanded, and that we are converting from an enamel paint to an acrylic paint on the trims.

I need the inside of my container home painted and I have an airless spray gun that I bought a new nozzle and hose to fit. I want a painter who is well versed in using L spray guns to fit the nozzle and paint the inside of the flat either with the gun or a roll which ever is easier. I have allowed one day to do it but if they don’t finish it, I will finish the rest.
