We need a small (2.3m x 4.1m) home-office space painted. Wall space is ~27m2. Ceiling is 3m on one side and 2.3 on the other side. Floor is sealed cork. The job needs to include at least: -wall prep and cleaning (no spaces between vj board to be caulked, but a few nail holes to be filled) -1 coat of primer -2 coats of paint -cutting in the grooves in the VJ board with a brush (i.e., not just rolling the whole thing) -walls, ceiling and all trim… but not the doors -clean up We can supply paint if you indicate the quantity needed, or we are happy to provide a colour choice if you can get discounts on paint. Need to strip back the old flaking paint and repaint suffits of the roof overhang. Approximately 36 metres X .63 metres to be stripped back and repainted. Highest point of suffit is 4.8 metres. There is also 8 X .63 metres that has already been stripped back and is 2.3 metres high.
