We need two coats of paint in a milky white colour (currently it’s a light grey). The house is rendered and some patching is needed before paint. The front fence is also rendered and needs painting. The woodwork and metal needs painting too e.g. the gutters, facia, the wooden window and door frames, the eves/gutters and down pipes, small pergola as pictured, basically so the whole exterior of the house is white. Material needs to be supplied by you and included in the budget. I suggest coming to see the space in person. Example of your previous work would be advantageous.

New build has had under coat and another coat painter didn’t do a good job so we need to get somone who knows what they are doing to come re paint so it’s thick and even and looks like a new house like it should be wood frames have been undercoated but all skirts arch’s etc door frames etc need to be painted as only undercoated need this done urgently

We are selling our house on Friday and need a painter in to touch up spots throughout the house, including one full wall. All places have been marked in photos and around the house with sticky notes.
