Front home facia painting. Just needs another coat to protect it from the elements. I have a 4L can of paint already for the job.

We have a ground level paint job, match existing colour, approx 2 days in total, we can supply or you supply paint

Painting interior- small lounge room and kitchen

I am looking for an experienced painter to paint the interior walls of a newly built 1-story house in Sinagra. Work Details: Scope: Interior walls only (No ceilings, no doors, no skirtings/trims). Process: 3-coat system (1 sealer coat + 2 top coats). Preparation: Minor wall patching and sanding required to ensure a smooth finish. Materials: Painter to supply all paint and equipment. Dust Management: Dustless sanding (with vacuum extractor) is highly preferred to keep the new house clean. Clean-up:Must be reliable and clean up all trade waste after finishing. Schedule: Start Date: Preferred start around March 24th. Completion: Ideally finished by March 27th, but strictly no later than April 2nd. The house will be empty and ready for work.

I need help to finish sanding an old cubby. Iv done over half but just need these 2 panels finished. Doesn’t need to be sanded all the way back just ready to paint.

Looking for someone to help for approx 2 hours finishing the painting in our house

**needs to be done this morning** There are small holes around the perimeter of this house, approximately every 10cm. There are probably 60/70 holes in total. I need someone to: - Pick the existing caps out, which should be easy with a flat head screwdriver. - Spakfil the holes, or fill them with another kind of fast drying putty so the holes are flush with the existing concrete. - spray-paint the holes with grey paint, or touch them up with a sample pot of grey paint. You would need to make some kind of paper or cardboard stencil or something to spray over the holes. I already have the spray paint and will cover the cost of spakfilla or putty etc. - Or, if whatever filler you use is a similar grey there won’t be any need to paint. - colour doesn’t have to match perfectly.

Need at least one bedroom and two doors (one main entrance door and one pantry door) painted. Happy to arrange for a visit/inspection for you to quote up, or go off an hourly rate (with estimate/cap of how many hours) Thanks!
