Looking for an experienced painter to prime and paint our brand-new timber cubby house before assembly. The cubby is from Hide & Seek Kids and will be installed permanently outdoors in our backyard in Clarkson, WA 6030, so we want it properly protected from rain, moisture and outdoor weather. Multiple small paint patching jobs needed in a vacant house. The most significant is repair and paint of a former damp ceiling patch (see Photo #1). The rest are fixing scrape marks on walls (see rest of photos), where patching and repaint is required, each no larger than a few centimetres.
