Find an experienced house painter in Illawarra

Recently re-cladded 2br house in Thirroul with Axiom cladding (pre-primed). Needs two coats (Haymes Solashield Low Sheen) to exterior cladding and additionally do the trims and fascia, balcony ceiling, and front porch area. New aluminum windows installed so no frames to paint. House ext is approx 170m2 and 1.5 story. In addition the cement sheeting (villaboard) underside of the deck needs paining (undercoat + 2 top coats), this is approx 32m2 + small front porch (pic1). The house should be relatively easy to paint (the majority is easily accessible/single story & the new cladding is vertical) with the only challenge being the back 1/3rd of the right side of the house as it is set on a 25+ degree slope and will require ladders and/or scaffolding + safety gear to paint the upper half of the wall (other side has stairs so no ladders required). I'll supply all paint. Contractor to supply all equipment and must use safety equipment as needed and be fully insured. Job to include: - cleaning/prep of surfaces - any patching (unlikely, everything is new) - undercoat where applicable (doesn't apply to exterior except for trims/fascia and underside of deck/deck ceiling) - cleanup Ready to paint, can be done anytime between now and mid December, but prefer earlier. NOTE: Pics are a mix of old cladding + new. NOTE: Interior (190m2) also needs painting, currently considering if i do this myself. Single color for both walls and ceilings (Haymes Interior matt) + enamel for skirting boards and door trims etc. Square set open plan in main area (lounge, dining, kitchen) + small hallway + bathroom (ceiling and half the wall) + 2 bedrooms (these architraves). 3m high ceilings (all interior windows are new and aluminum apart from one set in a bedroom, which are wooden and will require painting). All interior will need an undercoat, except for bedrooms. These should only require 2x top coats. Feel free to quote separately on Interior for consideration.

Looking for an affordable painter to help open to offers as this will be a relatively big job. Moving into a new home and looking to have a fresh coat of paint through the entire house. We are also considering painting the exterior of the house.

Looking to paint home week of the 14th July or potentially sooner depending progress of other trades. Approximate dimensions can be taken from the floor plan in images. All paint provided by owner (dulux natural white) used on all walls, ceilings and doors.
