Find an experienced house painter in Rozelle

Just had some renovations and need to paint some areas to cover up. Also paint the new cornice. We have the paint already. We have moved around some art so need to cover up these areas. Also need 3 doors painted.

on the south side of the house in Rozelle we need flaking paint removed from weatherboards. I can provide photos which show the size and access. The paint has lead in it and requires someone trained in lead paint removal. No painting is required. Budget provided is not real obviously. The hallway wall needs painting. approx 9 square metres A few small touch-ups around the house (very small) Getting the house ready for Open home to sell. A few Miscellaneous No more gaps joint sealing around the house Ideally, it would be finished by Monday 14th Feb 2 pm at the latest. Acrylic Paint ONLY will be supplied not equipment. We have a days work to finish of patch work and paint around door handles and lights

Prepare surfaces, remove and sand back any flaking paint, fill and sand any gaps, clean/wash surfaces sugar soaps. Paint surfaces with colour matched paint supplied by owner. This includes - repaint front of house rendered brick surface and small brick fence, skirting board at roof level, front door and screen, front window frame,and small roof above and two small gates. Pictures provided.

Finish off painting where we couldn’t reach! The photos attach shows what we need doing. Height is about 4.5 metres. We have the paint.

We’re looking to get painters in for 2-3 days (16-18 March) to paint a small 2 bedroom house. Walls and skirting boards only plus a handrail on our stairs (not the balustrades), no ceilings. Painting of exterior wall of house on second level only. Painting of balcony doors that lead to the second level balcony - doors need painting outside and inside, doors are not in a good condition so require some preparation. Preparing wall and painting wall in loungeroom (wall has some paint bubbling from damp). Required to be finished by 5pm Friday 11th September as house is going up for sale.
