Painting (staining) the wooden platforms and garage door in front of the house

We have a warehouse / office space that needs painting in a light colour.( Possibly Antique White USA). The surface is large concrete blocks that have been painted many times previously. We do not need a perfect finish as it is not residential, it really just needs a freshen up. The existing door and window edges that are currently blue can remain as is. It is just the one colour on the walls that we need. They are a little dirty so will require a bit of a clean before painting. The roof does not need painting. The dimensions of the room are approximately 6m x 5m and 3m high. You would need to supply the paint. Job is in Revesby industrial area.

Looking at trying to find someone to paint a cubby house needs three coats of white exterior paint with potentially a different coloured window and same for two times dolls houses to be painted white also.
