Find an experienced house painter in North West Perth

Hi, I am due to settle on a house in Scarborough WA in October. I am keen to get the whole interior of the house painted. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, separate toilet, 2 living area house. It was built in 2000. It has a total area of ~ 140 sqm. I am interested in hourly rates for prep/paint/finish, plus how many painters would work on job at once. See attached for some photos. Patch and repaint the house

I need the exterior of my single-storey 3x1 home painted – this includes all rendered walls, gutters, fascias, and eaves. The surfaces may need prep work (e.g. cleaning, patching) before applying at least two coats of high-quality exterior paint (preferably Dulux Weathershield or similar). The house is to be painted in Dover White or something close to it. I have a roof painter coming within the next week, so I’d like to align this job to start around the same time if possible. I have a 10-year-old house with poor initial rendering — the walls have developed spider web cracks, and there are a couple of areas with minor surface chips that need repair. In addition to general patching, I’d like the more significant cracks to be properly addressed using Helifix stitching or a similar method.
