MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Clarifying, I meant the whole 4 bedroom house so includes laundry, downstairs toilet, kitchen, family room, lounge/dining, home entrance as per the attached photos of house plans. The house - empty except for piano on castors, 1 x lounge, 1 x bed, 1 x dining table. Bathroom and Ensuite - all walls are tiled except for ceilings. Main bathroom flaky ceiling. Staircase has a high ceiling. Require all windows (frames) and 1 x WIR and 3 x BIR walls to be painted. (Empty) Please provide all labour, tools, prep materials (fillers, gap sealant, sandpaper, tape, plastics, drop sheets, rollers, brushes, extension poles, ladders.) Provide masking, light sand and spot-prime repairs and stains, caulk gaps to skirtings, frames, trims as needed. Clean up.

I’d like to revamp my old doll’s house for my daughter before her birthday (must be complete by 5 December). Would need new paint job - I can provide the paint. The staircase is worse for wear and needs fixing. I’d also like new “wallpaper” put in each room. I can provide that too. Overall it’s a bit musty and needs a thorough clean and renew. We live in Freshwater, but I work in Alexandria, so I can do a handover in that part of Sydney too.

External paint 1 x wall and eaves with 2 coates. Only the top back wall (as shown in image)and eaves above the wall with all paint provided. I have some painting work and minor general maintenance at our house to be done. This includes sanding/filling and repainting some pergola columns, and other work - really I'm looking for a good all rounder who will get work from us from time to time starting with the work outlined above.

Use supplied glue gun to apply Sikaflex for foam padding prep. - Clean & fix basketball flooring (~90 SQM): Light clean of plastic tile floor + minor bump repair (tiles misaligned—just need a mallet and Stanley knife, both supplied).
