Require painting of house internal walls and ceiling to freshen up some cracked paint and marks. The price is just for the initial post to get some quotes, will update with agreed cost.

Am looking for a painter to paint the external of our house. Price is for quote only. House itself is in good condition however the underside of the roof is flaky as is the front French door. Would like to have done in the next two weeks if possible.

1.wall, some ceiling and window has moulds and requires cleaning with mould remover 2. 3 holes and some door needs patching. 3. change 2 broken locks 4. apply one anti-moulds under coats and 2 top coats on wall, ceiling and windows.

Please read the full ad :) I am in need of the front of my house touching up - I’ve tried to highlight this on the second photo: * The wooden bits along the bottom; * The guttering/fascia and the small lines going down the top of the house; and * The whole deck railings - a touch up of the same colour. I would ideally like to get the bits I need redoing (that are currently dark green) done in a different colour, preferably a dark/midnight blue. I will pay for the paint but I would love a few tips on the new colour and best paint to use. You would need to have all other equipment, including to access the top of the house. The intention is to eventually do the remainder of the external house, as well as parts of the interior I need doing, I just need the front to be the focus in the next couple of weeks - so if the job is well done there will definitely be more work at times to suit you! The house is a rental so you would need to be mindful of the tenants. They own two dogs but I would give them notice and try to organise for the dogs not to be there if possible. I could do with it being done ASAP but flexible with dates. Price is set as $200 with the aim of getting quotes - not set price!
