Looking to have my front fence and side of my house painted. Fence is approx 66m2 (15m x 2.2m per side). House area I need done is approx 50m2 total. (Would require a ladder to reach top towards roof, as is pitched single story home). Looking to have 2 coats for all areas. I will supply the paint. I can supply pictures.

Paint exterior of two-storey house in Slacks Creek I’m looking for an experienced painter to prepare and repaint the exterior of my two-storey house in Slacks Creek. The house is a relatively simple square shape, with exterior cladding upstairs and masonry/blockwork downstairs. It also has a raised deck at the rear and external timber stairs and railings. Photos of the property are attached. Work required: * Clean the exterior and remove dirt, mould and loose paint * Safely prepare surfaces, including scraping, filling and priming where required * Treat visible rust marks and staining * Paint the upper exterior cladding * Paint the lower exterior masonry/blockwork * Paint the eaves, fascia boards and exterior trims * Paint the rear deck structure, stairs, posts and railings * Paint the front stairs and railings * Apply two finish coats of suitable exterior paint * Protect windows, roofing, concrete and surrounding areas * Clean the work area and remove painting waste when finished The price is for the complete task, including labour, good-quality exterior paint, preparation materials, equipment and any access equipment required for the two-storey sections. Need some help to paint the exterior of the house. I’ll supply the paint you supply the gear. Areas that need doing around the perimeter of the house are: eves, deck batten/ rails, window casing, soffit, dog boards, fascia. Various places on exterior- some painted, some not. Flexible on price for total job and time to complete.

I have to finish painting the exterior of my house- about a 4x1 section that's hard for me to access without a long ladder. We have the paint and would need that section. Then paint the whole area from ridge to ground ( allowing for 2 coats.) Second part ground level - where gas bottle etc are - need that area finished as well.

Paint some of exterior of the house

Needing some exterior windows sanded and painted. The paint is quite flaky in places so it needs to be sanded.

Have the weatherboard of our house painted before it starts really peeling. Literally have no idea how much something like this would cost. Very flexible with timing. No hurry, but can also be done soon.

House is 36 squares to give you an idea of the size. Will need 2 coats as I want to change the wall colour from pink to lexicon white. Paint the external (non brick) sections of my home including gutters, downpipes and facia. Would love windows to be painted also but happy to post a separate job for this as I know it’s not something all painters do. Updating the colour from cream and green to Vivid White, Basalt and Shale Grey. I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first. Please let me know if scaffolding or planks are included in your quote, or if you would like me to arrange this separately.
