Need a few painters to help us paint the exterior and interior of our house.

Looking for an experienced painter to repair and repaint an exterior rendered garden wall with a textured finish. Wall Details Total paintable area approx. 24–26 m² (allowing for access limitations) Some lower sections behind plants have limited access Painting required only to reachable areas (approx. 1m above soil level in planted sections). Top capping to be painted on newly rendered wall. Scope of Work 1. Surface Preparation & Repairs (Important) Thoroughly sand all patch areas using appropriate tools Feather edges to remove sharp transitions Ensure all loose or compromised paint is fully removed Confirm surfaces are completely dry before sealing(minimum 3 consecutive dry days required) Apply suitable sealer to all exposed/rendered areas 2. Texture Rebuild (Critical) Use Dulux Acratex Acraskin (supplied) Build up texture in repaired areas to match existing wall Multiple coats likely required Blend carefully to minimise visible patching, especially along edges and corners 3. Full Wall Repaint Apply finish coat across entire wall for a uniform appearance Open to recommendation on: Full Acraskin coat vs a suitable exterior topcoat over textured surface with Acratex or similar textured coatings preferred Note:- Some areas require build-up, not just coverage Please Include:- Your recommended sealer/primer system Confirmation of experience with textured finishes Optional: photos of similar work Looking for a quality result rather than a quick cover-up.

Spot undercoat filler and bare surfaces using exterior oil based undercoat 7. If mould is present use anti mould additive 8. Apply two coats of premium exterior acrylic with UV protection Ceiling: 1. Clean surface to remove any mould dirt loose flaky paint 2. If applicable seal water stain using stop stain sealer 3. Fill holes using plaster 4. Spot seal bare plaster 5. If mould is present use anti mould additive 6. Apply two coats of ceiling flat Brick wall exterior acrylic -3 x coats: 1. Wash surface to remove dirt and mould 2. Scrap/sand to remove loose and flaking paint 3. Fill all cracks with an exterior acrylic sealant 4. Spot prime bare area's with acrylic primer 5. Fill holes using recommended exterior fillers 6. Spot undercoat filler and bare surfaces using exterior oil based undercoat 7. If mould is present use anti mould additive 8. Exterior paint touch ups of 2 storey brick and render building. House has been spray painted and some areas need touch up where not previously sprayed with smaller sprayer Some areas are at height. I need a 5 bedroom house interior repainted please. White or light cream colour (current). Only ceilings & walls. No trims at this stage or separate quote. 5 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + formal living + family living/kitchen + study nook. Interior paint needs to be done between 2-Apr and 9-Apr please. Exterior brick surfaces to be painted

I’m looking for an experienced painter to repaint the exterior of my house. The home is a mix of brick and timber.

I would like the outside of my house painted. I would like someone with plenty of experience and/or qualified Internal size of house is 140sqm, if that gives you an idea for size. I would like an in person quote If possible

Need a few sections of house painted in monument. Will supply the paint, requires 2 coats. Have completed all other areas already but these are too high to be done without the right equipment. I would think some form of scaffolding or leg extensions would be required to do safely. Ideally suited to a painter with all the right equipment and experience.

Wanting to have the outside deck sanded. Will include photos. I brought a belt sander and attempted to give it a go. And the Bunnings people obviously had more faith in me. And the last tradesman has no showed twice. Need someone reliable - Need a handyman. Happy to pay for hire of orbital sander from Bunnings - but I don’t have a Ute. This Sunday only. Painter arrives Tuesday.
