Hi there , I am wanting an experienced neat and tidy painter to paint the exterior of my house . Everything will be supplied. No scaffolding required, there is ladder work required for the ceiling though . If you have your own ladder setup that’s fine. $35 per hour . Could be a weeks worth of painting available . The render is in good condition and will be pressure washed ready to go .

The job involves: * Inspecting the existing timber for any damage. * Light sanding/preparation of the timber slats. * Cleaning the surface. * Applying a suitable exterior timber stain or clear protective coating (ideally matching the existing finish). * Ensuring an even, professional finish. The timber slats are located near the roofline above the front entry, so the successful Airtasker will need appropriate ladders or access equipment. I’m looking for a quality, long-lasting finish rather than the cheapest option.

Got a painter who has seemed to have disappeared. Scaffolds and everything is still up. Most of the wall prep is done minor some minor sanding on each side. First coat of primer also applied on the left, long side of the house and back. Colour wanted Lexicon Quarter.

3 bedroom house needing exterior paint job. Front and side of house rendered, rear is a new extension with weatherboard. Paint will be provided. Front of house has been painted prior rear all new and unpainted House only not roof

House has been painted, guttering and fascia painting remains

Need to paint over some aging paint on one side of the house where paint is chipping off. Ideally brush the chipping paint off then over spray with white paint. Just looking to tidy the area up. I can supply the paint. 2nd level of home so is quite awkward to access due to height and exterior awning. Perhaps access via the roof and spray down?

Looking to repaint some rendered walls and cladding for a freshen up to exterior/carport walls of house. I will remove light fittings and Dulux Paint is supplied. Assuming 1 days work involved.

Paint House Exterior of a two story house, rendered in the front and bagged at the sides and back, including the front block fence and back patio walls and eves. House is 36 squares to give you an idea of the size. Will need 2 coats as I want to change the wall colour from pink to lexicon white. Front Pillars and Balcony can remain same color as blue (current colour) Must bring own tools, ladders and paint.

Just moved out and getting house ready to sell. There are some patch up jobs where previous tenants have decided they know better and have tried to place plug sockets in different places. 3 bedrooms. Paint the external (non brick) sections of my home including gutters, downpipes and facia. Would love windows to be painted also but happy to post a separate job for this as I know it’s not something all painters do. Updating the colour from cream and green to Vivid White, Basalt and Shale Grey. I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first. Please let me know if scaffolding or planks are included in your quote, or if you would like me to arrange this separately.

A I bedroom I, I bedroom, I small kitchen and I small bathroom cottage needs a fresh coat of paint inside.There is also an outside deck which also needs painting.
