As per photo - remove blistered paint from a small panel of cladding at front of house and repaint in monument colour. Ladder required.Its only the panel on LHS of window.

They've got to clean up the glue / tape from the old sign, screet a bit of render on the bit where the letters were to make it consistent and paint just the front part of the facade on the top. Colour was called Parchment I believe but they can just take a chip with them from the post.
