Looking for someone experienced in exterior painting to paint the areas highlighted in red in the attached photos. The tasker will need to supply the paint. Please refer to the attached photos for reference. Location: Stafford, QLD 4053 Budget: AUD $250

On the outside of our Queenslander, some of the wooden has been sun-damaged and paint in peeling or flaking. The house was last painted in 2018. We would need a painter to: 1. pressure clean, scrape and power sand relevant areas 2. Apply undercoat - 1 coat. 3. Apply top coat x 2 (allowing adequate time for drying). 4. Provide ladders, drop sheets, brushes etc. 5. Remove all rubbish. Note we will match and supply the undercoat and paint.

Paint eaves from green to white. Is this possible without scaffolding?

3 or 4 walls need repainting - lots of windows and cladding with some areas easy to reach, others up high. I am thinking probably 3 days work and would like it done In the next week and a half. Are you keen?

We need help fixing an exterior painted wall that has been left with visible stains and an uneven finish. A painter recently patched some holes in the wall using the wrong product (Concretemate). He then tried to remove the residue using methylated spirits, which left visible stains and marks on the wall. The wall now needs to be repainted to restore a consistent, even finish. Paint a 2 bedroom attached house in a retirement estate. Require wash down before  painting all render, soffits  and weatherboards.

I have to finish painting the exterior of my house- about a 4x1 section that's hard for me to access without a long ladder. We have the paint and would need that section. Then paint the whole area from ridge to ground ( allowing for 2 coats.) Second part ground level - where gas bottle etc are - need that area finished as well.

Needing some exterior windows sanded and painted. The paint is quite flaky in places so it needs to be sanded.
