Looking to have the paint refreshed on exterior gladding and trim (front of house only)

Looking for an experienced painter to prepare and repaint the exterior of an older weatherboard home at 37 Bunya Street, Greenslopes. The existing paint is weathered and peeling in a number of areas, so proper preparation is important. We are not looking to simply paint over the existing peeling paint. The house sits on a sloping block. Although it appears partly two storey from some angles, a substantial section underneath is completely open, so there is considerably less exterior wall area than a normal two storey house. Work required includes scraping/removing loose paint, sanding and preparation as required, priming exposed timber, and repainting exterior weatherboards and trims. Budget is approximately $7,000, but open to reasonable quotes based on the condition and preparation required. Please advise whether your offer includes labour, paint and materials, and what exterior paint you propose to use. Preference for someone experienced with older timber/weatherboard homes. Please confirm relevant QBCC licence and insurance where required.

We've had some downpipes added and removed so there's a few painting jobs. Scope of work is as follows: 3 pipes painted Whisper White (red). The top of one will be painted Basalt to match gutter. Two roof spreaders (green) and two weatherboard strips touched up (purple). Also Whisper White. Two spots of bat poo scrubbed off (red). Dulux Weathersfield and primer will be supplied. We would like primer plus two coats please. One side is on a slope and the other side has narrow access. Probably a two person job.

Apply two coats of paint (inside and out) to a Stilla Wilow 12x8 shed - window trims and doors to be gloss white and the rest a mint green. Paint and paint brushes will be provided - I need labour only

Paint a 2 bedroom attached house in a retirement estate. Require wash down before  painting all render, soffits  and weatherboards.

I have to finish painting the exterior of my house- about a 4x1 section that's hard for me to access without a long ladder. We have the paint and would need that section. Then paint the whole area from ridge to ground ( allowing for 2 coats.) Second part ground level - where gas bottle etc are - need that area finished as well.

Needing some exterior windows sanded and painted. The paint is quite flaky in places so it needs to be sanded.

I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first.
