Need 2x window frames spray painted.

Looking for an experienced exterior painter to repaint the roofline of my Queenslander in Nundah. Scope of works: * Pressure wash roof tiles (clean only, roof is not being painted) * Pressure wash and prepare all gutters, fascia, barge boards, exposed rafter tails and garage awning * Sand, scrape and prime where required * Apply two finish coats to: * Gutters * Fascia * Barge boards * Exposed rafter tails * Small corrugated awning over the garage * Paint 3x front aluminium window frames white (large front window, enclosed verandah windows and small window beside the front door) Paint colours: * Roofline and window sills: Dulux Grey Port - Low sheen on timber fascia, barge boards and exposed rafter tails - Semi-gloss on the metal gutters. * 3 x Front aluminium window frames: White * All paint to be supplied by you along with any access equipment required Floor plan attached so that you can gauge the size of the first floor along with photos provided of every angle of the house. Please also look at the bottom left hand corner of the floor plan if you want to swing by for a look. Please provide photos of similar exterior painting work, particularly older Queenslanders

3 bedroom house needing exterior paint job. Front and side of house rendered, rear is a new extension with weatherboard. Paint will be provided. Front of house has been painted prior rear all new and unpainted House only not roof

House has been painted, guttering and fascia painting remains

Need to paint over some aging paint on one side of the house where paint is chipping off. Ideally brush the chipping paint off then over spray with white paint. Just looking to tidy the area up. I can supply the paint. 2nd level of home so is quite awkward to access due to height and exterior awning. Perhaps access via the roof and spray down?

Ceiling & Cornice: Dining, Kitchen, Loungeroom & Hallway in Ceiling White. Cornice only: 3 bedroom cornices painted ceiling white. Paint will need to be provided by you.

Prepare and paint outside steps and concrete balcony. I will supply the paint.

I need my cladding outside painted.

Paint exterior of house, low set block home

Have the weatherboard of our house painted before it starts really peeling. Literally have no idea how much something like this would cost. Very flexible with timing. No hurry, but can also be done soon.

Looking to repaint some rendered walls and cladding for a freshen up to exterior/carport walls of house. I will remove light fittings and Dulux Paint is supplied. Assuming 1 days work involved.

Large exterior weatherboard wall needs stripping. We will do the repainting ourselves

Paint House Exterior of a two story house, rendered in the front and bagged at the sides and back, including the front block fence and back patio walls and eves. House is 36 squares to give you an idea of the size. Will need 2 coats as I want to change the wall colour from pink to lexicon white. Front Pillars and Balcony can remain same color as blue (current colour) Must bring own tools, ladders and paint.

Just moved out and getting house ready to sell. There are some patch up jobs where previous tenants have decided they know better and have tried to place plug sockets in different places. 3 bedrooms. Kitchen. Lounge. Dining room. All open space. The house is empty so work will be easy. Looking at straight lexicon white throughout. I will ensure the areas are ready to go. Will post pictures. I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first. Please let me know if scaffolding or planks are included in your quote, or if you would like me to arrange this separately.

- The grey parts of the wall to be painted black - 3 small poles to be painted black and add white reflective strips - 1 long pole to be painted black - back wall to be colour matched & painted grey

A I bedroom I, I bedroom, I small kitchen and I small bathroom cottage needs a fresh coat of paint inside.There is also an outside deck which also needs painting.
