Exterior Timber Doors & Window Frames – Sand, Repair & Repaint Looking for an experienced handyman or painter to undertake some cosmetic repairs and repainting of exterior timber sliding doors and window frames. We are preparing our house for sale, so we're looking for a cost-effective refresh rather than a full restoration or replacement. Work required: - Scrape and sand back peeling and flaking paint. - Fill and repair chips, cracks and damaged timber where needed. - Prepare and prime exposed timber. - Repaint frames in existing black/charcoal colour using suitable exterior paint. - Tidy up edges and finishes so everything looks neat and presentable. There are several sliding doors and window frames requiring attention, with most of the deterioration around the lower sections and edges. Important: - We are not looking to replace the doors or windows. - Looking for someone who can recommend a practical, budget-friendly approach. - Please advise whether your quote includes paint and materials. I have had my double glazing installed so I now need the raw wood beading that goes around the external side of the glazing painted. It's 12 panels across the front that make up one large window set roughly 6m wide (all accessible from my balcony with a step ladder being sufficient) and 6 panels along the side of the block where a ladder is probably ideal but this side of the building is essentially ground level as the block rises from the front towards the back. Pics attached to show you what I mean in terms of the beading, you can see the wood that's been installed. I have the paint already.

I recently got double glazed windows installed, however the panels were not painted to match the interior/exterior of my home. I need all the external window panels painted and some of the internal panels touched up as well.

Hi guys, I need the outside of my shop painted Deep burgundy satin, its currently black, Ill enclose how it is now (black) and exactly how I want it.

I would like for the exterior of my weatherboard house in Northcote to be painted. House is ~270m². I would like this properly prepped and sanded back where required as well as replacement of any damaged weatherboards as required. Prepping will need to include mould treatment (where required) & Wash, Full house wash down and anti-mould treatment prior to painting, Full scraping of loose paint, sanding to a feathered edge, and spot-priming bare wood. Removal of failed sealant and re-caulking of all gaps, joins, and window/door perimeters with premium exterior flexible gap filler. Painting will cover 2 coats of exterior paint and priming where required after prepping completed. Entire exterior needs to be painted including Weatherboards (entire perimeter), Eaves, soffits, and fascias, downpipes, Window frames, sashes, and sills, Exterior doors and door frames, Baseboards / foundations.
