Weatherboard house needs repainting - boards have weathering and gaps in paint from previous job.

I need a 2 bedroom unit woodwork and gutters painted. This involves all windows doors and trims. I also need the eaves repaired and painted. There are 2 multi panel front windows with shutters. One has been done the other is in bad condition and needs sanding back, filling and painting. The paintwork everywhere else is old and flakey. In places so will require some sanding and filling. I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house.
