I need someone to replaster over a doorway between two shops and paint 2 coats of of wall paint (supplied) to the shop. I plastered & painted myself but it is not a good enough job for my landlord end of lease make good agreement. The shop is 12mt x 6mt. I am moving out of this property and want to have some repairs, removal of things, and patch works done prior to advertising for a new tenant. Its a 110 sq metre shop front with 4 rooms. I need outdoor business signage covered as I am vacating. To cover "Regal Oak" sign only. Size approx 1.5m x 5.6m, Paint colour preferably yellow but can also do white.
