I am moving out of my office and need to paint for new tenant

We are vacating out of office this weekend - and need to have it repainted - very small office and very few marks limited 28 Square office so small job etc colour needs to be Dulux White on White. We need someone to prepare / paint the walls and ceiling of a shop in surry hills. The shop has an approximate floor area of 35 sqm and 3.1m high ceilings. Painting of all walls & ceiling, a small staircase railing, door frames, a small bathroom (approximately 3 sqm). A. Minimum of 2 coats of paint. You will also need to prepare some of the walls including patching approximately 20-30 small holes (where screws / nails had previously been drilled into the rendered brick walls), and remove some old glue / grout (where a mirror & tiles had been glued onto the walls). We will supply paint only, you supply all the tools / brick patching compound / protective sheets. We are looking for an experienced painter with good reviews.

Hi guys, After a painter to give me a hand painting the ceilings of a big office area (200sqm) distributed along 12x rooms, corridors and lobby. Ceilings need 1x undercoat and 2x coats of ceiling paint. I will supply primer and ceiling paint. Painter needs to have extensive experience and excellent reviews. Someone professional/qualified would be ideal. Budget set up for the job of painting 200sqm ceiling (3x coats) with roller and it will take 2x days. Available to start at 7am. Paint over wood and brick exterior of a shop

This will be for offices in the CBD and Surry Hills, we have a co working space and regularly have tenants moving out, so we need to get the offices back to a make good situation. It will only be a bit of patching and painting generally.

Paint supplied. Need to paint 1 gyprock wall 3m wide x 2.4m height 1 coat or 2 coats is fine. Hollow Timber door, office door for boardroom 2.4m height 900 width Free Parking is available

Office needs repainting. Walls will need to be prepped, 2 coats of white onto wall and ceiling. All doors and trims painted too. Please quote Labour only as paint will be supplied. All other necessary tools will be supplied by you, ladders, rollers, drop sheets etc.

Due to some family situations I don’t have time to finish off paining the inside of our home office. 90% has been done and now needs a final white coat on walls and ceiling. Also skirting and window frames. In addition we need the outside eves painted also.

We are moving out of our office and require some painting to make good. Attached is a complete brief with images. Painting required as follows: 1) Paint over a multi colour artwork covering an entire wall back to original colour. Wall is 5m x 3m 2) Remove 2x boards, 4 screws in each, fill screw hole and paint. 3) Touch up missing paint along stair wall (at or below eye level) 4) Remove board mount 4 screws, fill screw hole and paint.
