BACKGROUND: I’m staying somewhere temporarily, and my stuff's in the garage. A lot of boxes and unboxed loose items. See photos. Some are full, and some empty - needing to be kept for packing and ready to go when I move. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: 1. Separate my belongings from the homeowner’s belongings in the same area. 2. Create a very clear visual separation between the two. 3. Get all my items sitting off the ground! 4. Make everything accessible and easy to find. 5. Set it up in a way that works temporarily, not as a permanent built-in storage solution. I am happy for you to: 1. Buy suitable temporary storage or shelving and I will reimburse/pay for it. 2. Build a simple temporary solution if that makes more sense. The solution does not need to be fancy, pretty, or permanent. It just needs to be practical, sturdy enough to hold strong, tidy, and easy to access. IMPORTANT : I have skin sensitivities, so I cannot handle the items myself. Looking for an experienced organiser and cleaner to help get my home ready for an upcoming rent inspection. The house is currently half unpacked, and with working full time while managing a chronic pain condition, I have not been able to get everything finished on my own. I have already made a start, and I am looking for someone who can look at what has been done so far, work out what still needs attention, and help get the house over the line. The property is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with two living areas. Tasks include unpacking remaining boxes, putting items away in sensible places, tidying and organising rooms, clearing and resetting surfaces, wiping down benches and other surfaces, cleaning the kitchen and both bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and helping bring the whole house up to a neat and inspection ready standard. This is not a full bond clean, though I do need someone who is confident with both organising and general house cleaning. Outdoor areas also need attention, including sweeping leaves and sand from the front and back patio areas and giving those areas a general tidy. I will be working from home on the day, and my son will be available to assist and give direction between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm, so availability during this window is ideal. I am looking for someone who is experienced, efficient, practical, and able to take initiative without needing constant direction. Please bring your own cleaning products and equipment.
