There is a small workbench to be built, under the house to be organised (tools etc) and boxes post move to be taken to the dump - small under the house area but quite a lot of rubbish to the dump

(Will need all own cleaning products and vaccume) I am desperately needing someone who isn’t afraid to tackle a very messy flat. I am post operative (abdominal and spinal surgery) and don’t have much support. I have lost control of - the kitchen dishes and emptying the fridge - there’s a mountain of clothes in the spare room that mostly need hanging and some folding ( i will do the washing of dirty clothes) - emptying bins and taking down to rubbish bins (I’m in a 3 story apartment block) - general bathroom and toilet cleaning - general wiping over of surfaces I don’t really have family support with this and I’m still struggling with symptoms and may need to lie down during the session as I’m still quite unwell. I feel like I’m drowning in my things and I just want my flat to be pretty and accessible as my movement is so limited by past surgeries and these two have really done a number on me. I feel really embarrassed about the state of the place, it brings me to tears. I’m usually a very tidy person. I’ve tried to add photos of what it usually looks like when it’s clean most of the time. I’m looking for a woman only, in her 30’s-50’s who’s understanding and kind to please help me at this really vulnerable moment. Please note there are two chairs and 4 hard shell suitcases underneath the clothes in the spare room, the clothes DEFINITELY don’t go all the way to the roof! Haha

GARAGE ORGANISING + SHELVING ASSEMBLY – SATURDAY 5h of Work I need a reliable, practical and strong person to help me organise and transform my garage this Saturday. The garage currently has lots of boxes, suitcases, clothes racks, sports equipment and other household items. I need help sorting everything and creating a proper storage system. WHAT I NEED DONE: • Lift and move boxes and heavier items • Sort and organise everything into categories • Assemble heavy-duty shelving/storage units • mount shelving ( mostly already mounted ) where appropriate • Organise boxes, tubs, suitcases and equipment neatly • Make the best use of the available wall and floor space • Keep the storage area neat and easy to access • Clear and organise the floor • Create a dedicated storage area on one side of the garage • Keep the other side as open as possible because I want to put a pool table/games area there This is NOT just a cleaning job. I am looking for someone who is practical, organised and comfortable with lifting, assembling shelving and helping plan the best use of the space. I will be there to help decide what needs to be kept and where things should go. REQUIREMENTS: • Available this Saturday • Comfortable lifting boxes and larger items • Experience assembling garage shelving is preferred • Basic tools for assembly/mounting would be helpful • Good attention to detail • Able to work efficiently and organise rather than simply move things around TIME & PAYMENT: $350 for up to 5 hours. There’s plenty of shelving and hanging space already — it just needs someone with a great eye for organisation to come in and reset the whole space. I’d like help with sorting clothing into keep / donate / dispose, folding and hanging everything properly, grouping clothing logically, organising shelves and baskets, sorting the linen/bedding on the upper shelves, and generally making much better use of the space.
