Hi, I’d like to get my car inspected and diagnosed. My Check Engine Light is on, and my OBD shows a misfire. The car uses too much fuel, struggles to accelerate, and feels low on power. I have engine warranty, so please provide a detailed receipt and report for my claim. Came back from 2 week holiday and car won't start. All the lights turn on, but engine won't turn over. I just hear a slight hum and a two clicks when trying to start. Suspect the starter motor is the issue. I have tried to jumpstart the vehicle using another car/battery without success, same issue. Prefer someone with BMW experience, and preferably able to diagnose and replace the starter (if that's the issue) or other parts without having to take the car to a workshop as it's parked inside an apartment carpark.
