While topping up engine oil , I added more oil than required. As shown in picture. So it's well above the maximum mark. Although I don't see any immediate problem, I would like to remove excess oil and just keep to the mark. I don't require change of Engine oil or any other services...just extract excess oil. Put 5W-40 in my diesel Mitsibishi Triton 2010, and didnt realise it would be such a big issue. Shouldve been 10W-40 Now my engine has slowed and smoked and afraid to start it. Take the sump plug for first oil change for my Suzuki Jimny. 14mm - 17mm bolt on there.

I have new oil and filter but to complete the oil change I think the car needs to be lifted to get under car access. Under car access is required to remove the under engine cover, which will then give access to the engine sump plug. The oil filter is accessible from above. Can drive to you.
