Replace Rear brake pads. 2. Replace front sway bar links left and right. Budget $250. Want completed this coming week sometime.

Car is not turning on as the battery was flat tried jump start didn’t work even tho the battery is charged as shows in the battery indicator. Hand brake has been broken for a couple months so it might have something to do with it as the handbrake light in dashboard has been on as well.
