You will need to enlarge the existing 32mm key barrel hole to a standard 54mm cross-bore hole using the provided Eufy template. Additional Steps: You will also need to drill the 25mm edge bore hole into the door for the latch, and chisel/mount the new flush strike plate onto the door frame (the old protruding strike box has been removed). Tools Required: Must bring your own power tools, 54mm and 25mm hole saws/spade bits, wood chisels, and a template guide or scrap block to ensure the hole saw doesn't skip on the pre-existing hole. I’ve partially installed a Lockwood deadlock on my front door but need someone experienced with door locks/deadlatches to properly finish and align it. Current issue is the key will not release/remove properly once turned, which makes me think either: the tailpiece/cam alignment is slightly off, the lock body isn’t seated correctly, or the cylinder/turn assembly needs adjustment. Most of the install is already done. I just need someone who understands these locks to: inspect the fitment, align and adjust the mechanism, ensure smooth locking/unlocking, make sure the key removes correctly in locked/unlocked positions, and finish the install neatly. May require: minor adjustment/trimming, repositioning, checking preload/alignment on the cam assembly, and ensuring latch/deadbolt travel is smooth. Please only respond if you have experience fitting Lockwood/Whitco style deadlocks.

The key for front door lock broke off in the lock. Need someone to fix the lock and take out broken key.

Door not locking, the handle works fine but the locking mechanism is not working. Repair OR I have a new set of knob & lock which can be installed if the existing lock not repairable or whichever option is easier to do.
