Need to install locks with the same key to these 4 cabinet.

I have a Whitco window that the key is missing and can’t open. Needs to fix it with a new key. The front door needs to rekey (normal knob lock)

Need help fixing doors. They won't unlock or open as the lock mechanism has been bent (I presume) when someone tried to forcibly open them outwards whilst they were locked. Picture of doors attached. Deadbolt stuck for door to access bathroom. Have taken apart and locking contraption is very stuck/broken. Door frame is quite thick and hesitant about going through that way.
