Need extra key for a Toyota Kluger , just purchased and came with one key. I have one function key and remote control.

The auto closer on my security door is broken. This task is either to repair or replace it

Need a tradesperson or Carpenter to install two internal door locks. One lock was previously installed up side down (installed incorrectly). The other lock mechanism failed in the locked position and the door and the jamb was damaged when the door was forced open. Locks will be provided and any other required materials. Note: The damaged Jamb on one of the Interior Doors will need to be repaired before installing the new lock. Refer to photos.

My lock for my car hasn’t been working for a while, I’d like to have a central lock installed. The aftermarket ones. The previous mechanic already disconnected the mechanism that triggers the alarm when the lock is broken I think. The car previously had an aftermarket lock installed which worked for 7 years. So to be clear this task is for 1) to purchase the remote control lock system (will pay for that on top of this) 2) to install it 3) to un jam the key stuck in the door. It’s a Honda jazz 2003 manual. Currently the key that usually opens the side door is stuck in the keyhole, will also need your help removing that. Hi, I'm looking for a handyman or locksmith to help with my front door roller latch. The current latch (EVARA brand) is protruding slightly and preventing the door from closing smoothly. I need assistance in assessing the latch and adjust or replace it.

For double patio doors, the lock/bolt operates fine on its own but when door is closed the bolt isn’t able to easily align with striker plate. Needs adjustment.

Front security wire door will not lock, lock mechanism appears broken

Strike plate has broken on Lockwood front door lock. Need to assess if plate can be replaced or if lock needs to be replaced.

Fix the lock, this may need some door repair as well. See photos

I have a Smart Lock that I need installed on my door. I have taken a photo of the new lock plus current lock on door. Please note, the mortise in the door will need to be refilled before installing the new smart lock. Please let me know price and when you are available to install it.
