Hello - I really don't know what the best way to proceed is. Please use the budget as just a guesstimate. The quote will depend upon any materials you use as well which I don't know the cost of. I have an existing gate to enter my property. It is a steel gate, which I can open via an app and an internal panel (intercom). But there are multiple issues - #1 The gate once opened, does not swing back into closure. So, a postie who I have allowed to enter may not close it and it stays open. #2, Whilst the outside (facing the street) handle cannot be twisted, anyone can slide their hand through the grills to open it from the inside handle. So, my question is - is this something you could help me with to fix, or would you say that installing a new gate is the only option?

Hello. The key got stuck in the keyhole. I tried to remove it myself but couldn’t. Two asks involved: 1. I need someone to remove this key from the keyhole (first and second photo) 2. Description: We need help fixing a door that has become difficult to open and close properly. The issue started after the door accidentally slammed shut – since then, it's been misaligned and hard to operate. Additionally, the door lock has come partially detached. We've tried screwing it back a few times, but the screws no longer hold due to the holes being too loose. The lock keeps falling off after a few days.
