Looking for an experienced locksmith/electronic lock installer to assess and install a Codelocks smart lock on a solid timber front door in Kew. The property is occasionally rented short-term. I need: * time-limited guest PINs that expire automatically * no Wi-Fi/internet required at the property for entry * mechanical key override for the owners * permanent owner access * preferably Codelocks NetCode I’m considering the CL5020 NetCode, but I’m open to a simpler/cheaper Codelocks model if it meets the requirements and fits the existing door cleanly. The door currently has a mortice lock with Euro-profile cylinder. Photos of the door, lock and strike are attached. Before I order the lock, please confirm compatibility, whether the existing mortice/strike can be reused, and your recommended Codelocks model. Please mention if you have experience installing Codelocks/NetCode locks.

Our door is currently jammed and cannot be unlocked. We need a qualified handyman or locksmith to assess the issue, remove the existing doorknob, and supply and install a new doorknob. The replacement doorknob should be the same as, or look very similar to, the original one. Please bring the necessary tools and advise if you can supply the replacement doorknob or if we need to purchase it separately.
